New Rate Schedule to Go into Effect April 16
For the past
three months our newsletters have shared with you that change is
in the wind! As you have read and seen, we have LOTS of news to
share with you ~ some of it’s exciting, some of it’s an
adjustment and some of it’s educational and informative. We all
know though that the changes will only add to the purely
Paradise experience that your pets have come to love and enjoy
when they’re here ~ making new friends, having other kids to
play with, training to help them be good family members and dogs
you can be proud of, socialized and groomed to be their very
best.
When we
started Paradise in July of 2006, many of you expected us to
raise the rates. We didn’t! We kept the rates the same and we
have continued operating at those rates to see if we could
manage to uphold the standards we expected of Paradise and that
we knew you expected too.
We know you’ve noticed that we
have more personnel now ~ one of our goals was to increase the
staff-to-pet ratio ~ and that's a good thing since our #1 motto
is "safety of the dogs". We've held Open Houses and you've
noticed that we've upgraded your pet's sleeping and play rooms
to include security cameras, plus more home-like décor
and ambiance. We've
improved the Training area in the Pole Barn field and you’ve
seen the nice setup we now have under cover with lights and
plenty of space to spread out. We’ve also been able to add
a lot of agility equipment, more playground toys, and we put up
more fences to be able to provide more play yards – isn’t it fun
to see your dogs come running to you from the front door of the
houses!
And, we
heard you when you asked for grooming. We tried to do it
ourselves by using our own staff, but the response was so large
that we found we were overly busy and it was negatively
impacting our service to our guests (your pets) and our clients
(you). We won't let that happen. So, as a result, we have
constructed a new grooming salon with professional groomers.
The Paradise Elite Spa & Grooming Establishment’s grand opening
on March 1st was met with great success.
We’re
excited about all of this, and the Paradise Team is looking
forward to the many new changes and new ideas. However, we are
now finding it necessary to adjust our prices to keep up with
our current and projected expenses. After much deliberation &
consultation, we have arrived at a new price schedule that will
go into effect April 16th. |

DOGGIE DAY CARE |
|
Daycare is offered Monday through Saturday at $22
per day. A special weekly rate of $90 (Monday – Friday) is
also available. The weekly rate is definitely your best
value and one that your dog will really appreciate!
MultipleDogs:
A $5 nightly discount per pet is offered to
families with multiple pets.

OVERNIGHT
BOARDING:

Boarding
Because we believe that you like the fact
that you can drop off your pet as early as 7:00 a.m. (Monday
through Saturday) and pick up as late as 6:30 on weekdays or
3:00-5:00 p.m. on weekends, we have a nightly instead
of daily rate. We also know that you enjoy the fact that
you can pick-up on Sundays and not be charged for the
following day.
Our
nightly rate is $40 for both the large & the medium dogs
(these are all dogs that stay in the Gatehouse). The
nightly rate is $38 for the small dogs (all dogs that
stay in the Courtyard Playhouse). Once your dog has stayed
with us 2 nights/3 days or longer they will get a going-home
bath. The bath is $25 and will include a shampoo of your
choice, nails clipped, ears cleaned, and a full coat brush
out.

Pond
Party:
Pond
party is offered for large dogs every Monday, Wednesday and
Saturday between 8 -9:30 a.m. Monday ponds are
for boarding and daycare dogs only, but we invite you to
come with your pet(s) on any Wednesday and/or Saturday to
have that special one-on-one with your four-legged buddy.
Daycare and boarding (large) dogs can participate in the
Pond Party on any of these days ~ it’s a great way to leave
your pet with us for a very special Spa Day.
Even if
your dog doesn't like to go into the water, it's a chance
for an ADDITIONAL 1˝ hours of exercise (AND it’s a way
that you’re guaranteed a tired, worn out pup)! The cost is
$10 per dog and includes access to 2-acres of
alligator-free, artesian ponds with tennis balls, play
sticks, ball throwers, towels, and of course, a dog wash
area. See “Pond Party Membership” below to learn about a
Pond discount.
Pond
Party Memberships:
With the
purchase of a Pond Membership all Pond Parties for your pet
are only $5 per time whether your dog is boarding,
participating in doggie daycare, attending staff-supervised
or owner-supervised pond, or having a Grand Spa Day. Pond
Memberships are $100 per dog and are good for one calendar
year from the date of purchase. A Pond Membership also
enables you to take part in the membership specials we’ll be
offering throughout the year. |

A DAY AT THE SPA |

Grand Spa
Day:
Our Spa Day
Package for large dogs is a real treat! Beginning at 8:00 a.m.
on Monday, Wednesday or Saturday, your pet will enjoy 1˝ hours
of ball-chasing and swimming. Then on to a quick wash and
Turkish towel rubdown. A 45-minute nap will be followed by a
leisurely lunch (if desired) and then it’s off to play ball in
our various fenced-in yards. Finally, the day is topped off
with another cleansing bath complete with Paradise’s exclusive &
popular cleansing shampoo, ear cleaning and nail trimming. The
Spa package is only $50 ($45 with a Pond Membership). What a
great way to spoil your best friend and take home a tired, clean
and played-out pooch!

SPECIAL NEEDS |
|
Special
Needs:
The charge
for Special Needs dogs who stay in the Main House under 24-hour
supervision is an additional $10 per night.
Dogs that
stay in the Gatehouse or Playhouse and require nighttime
crating, a daily coat brushing, insulin shots, multiple medical
services or other special services above and beyond our normal
care will be charged an additional $5 per night.

TRIAL DAYCARE ~ $10 Off Coupon
Paradise Luxury Pet Estate is a unique dog daycare & boarding facility with No cages & No crates.
Dogs socialize and play together all day long with other dogs of their same size, temperament and
disposition. With this unique setting, a trial daycare is required before a dog may participate
in any event or activity at Paradise. We screen for non-aggressive dogs only & they must be able
to get along well with other dogs. Current shots must include rabies, distemper & bordatella
(kennel cough). Proof of vaccinations must be shown upon arrival at Paradise.
This certificate allows for $10 off your
pets trial daycare.
